Lofty Celebrates Successful 2023

Happy New Year

As we close out the year, we want to say thank you to our loyal customers, the hard working real estate community, and our dedicated team who have worked tirelessly to support the unique needs of today’s agents.  Our successful recent rebrand marked a significant step in the evolution of our company and underscores our persistent commitment to providing practical AI-powered innovations for modern real estate professionals.

This year, spearheaded by our CTO and 2023 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter winner Henry Li, we unveiled strategic new product features, underpinned by AI, to help alleviate time consuming processes and empower agents to focus on what they do best - service clients.  2023 product highlights include AI Marketing Assistant, ChatGPT Integrations and a newly enhanced Lofty Mobile App.

 We experienced a 20% year over year increase in customer seats, now serving nearly 50k real estate professionals across the country, with notable new brokerage wins including Fusion Realty, Samson Properties, Embarc, and Nebraska Realty.  We were named a Trusted Solution Provider for eXp Realty and partnered with Realty ONE Group to provide their nearly 20k agents with access to Lofty's innovative platform.  Finally, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® added Lofty’s award-winning platform to its Solutions Group program of preferred business resources for its global network of 550 market-leading real estate firms.

 For nearly five years, we have relied on AI to fuel our award winning platform and this year, reported overwhelming year over year success of our intuitive chatbot AI Assistant in helping increase agent productivity and boost conversion rates. In the past year, AI Assistant increased daily messages by more than 322% and daily lead responses by more than 108%. Boasting more than 93% conversational accuracy, the chatbot’s ability to deliver high quality interactions is the result of Lofty’s proven approach to consistently humanizing the AI and five years of strategic product development. And we are just getting started!
