Lofty Wins HW Tech 100 For Fifth Consecutive Year

In the past year, we doubled down on our commitment to providing practical AI-powered innovations, designed to help real estate professionals better manage and grow their business – from search to settlement.  Spearheaded by our CTO and recent HW Tech Trendsetter winner Henry Li, this year, we unveiled strategic new features including AI Marketing Assistant, ChatGPT integrations, a new mobile app and most recently our Virtual Assistant, to help alleviate time consuming processes and empower agents to focus on what they do best - service clients.  

We reported overwhelming year over year success of our intuitive chatbot AI Assistant in helping increase agent productivity and boost conversion rates. In the past year, AI Assistant increased daily messages by more than 322% and daily lead responses by more than 108%. Boasting more than 93% conversational accuracy, the chatbot’s ability to deliver high quality interactions is the result of Lofty’s proven approach to consistently humanizing the AI and five years of strategic product development.

We experienced a 25% year over year increase in customer seats, with notable new brokerage wins including Fusion Realty, Samson Properties, Embarc, and Nebraska Realty. We were also named a Trusted Solution Provider for eXp Realty, partnered with Realty ONE Group to provide their ~ 20k agents access to Lofty's innovative platform, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® added Lofty’s award-winning platform to its Solutions Group program of preferred business resources for its global network of 550 market-leading real estate firms.
